My story of 2019
A wonderful year is coming to an end and this is my story of 2019. In this video I take a look back at my travel highlights of this year. Thank you already for watching and following my travels. I’m looking forward to the new year!
Greece
Greece. A glorious past, really nice people and beautiful islands. This September I’ve visited the country for two weeks. I’ve started in Crete, travelled through the lovely island with its wide beaches, narrow gorges and big waterfalls. The last few days I went on to Santorini island with its high cliffs, white houses and incredible sunsets.
In this video I look back at my trip to Greece. For the first time I could film a waterfall from above with the drone. So be sure to check out these shots. And there are of course lots of beaches and beautiful nature. I hope you like it!
Car Porn
Welcome to my first car porn! I always wanted to film and cut one. And a good friend of mine has got quite a cool car. Detailed shots, crazy music and a nice editing – that was my challenge. Here is the result: Enjoy my video about the BMW 316ti!
Venice
If you are in Venice you feel like being in another world. Where there are cars in other cities, there are boats in Venice. Where there are busses in other cities, there are boats in Venice. Where there are trains in other cities, there are boats in Venice … This list can be very long. Therefore summarized: Venice is water, channels and boats.
The city in the northeast of Italy is above all: famous. A city built on water is unique. And beautiful. You do not even have to be interested in history to be thrilled by Venetian architecture. The most famous sights: St. Mark’s Square with the basilica and bell tower and Rialto bridge.
But it is worth to spend one day outside of Venice: on the islands Murano and Burano. They are famous for their crafts, glass artwork in Murano and embroidery in Burano. And the houses of the islands are coloured in many different colours. Just beautiful.
Prague
Prague is just cool! The city is full of street arts, there is a historcial centre, a big castle and of course the famous Charles Bridge. My favourite place in Prague is Letna Park. From there you can get a beautiful view over the city and its bridges and in the evening many young people are up there, listening to music, go skateboarding and just hanging around.
Glasgow
Glasgow was heavy industry in the past. Today the city is a modern metropolis and the biggest city in Scotland. Glasgow is about beautiful old houses in the city centre, modern architecture at Glasgow Science Centre and Glasgow Tower and good music. Many artists show their skills in Buchanan Street and are responsible for a relaxed atmosphere in the city.
Hamburg
Hamburg is great! The river Elbe with the big ships, the great view over the city from St. Michael’s Church and of course the new built concert hall Elbphilharmonie. Just a beautiful city.
Pitztal
Is there a better place to watch a sunrise than on top of a mountain? I guess no. And is there a better place to watch a sunset than on top of a mountain? As well I guess no. I did both in Pitztal in Austria at my last ski trip.
