Best of 2018
2018 has been an incredible year. I’ve visited lots of new places, hiked through beautiful landscape and came home with fascinating impressions from many countries. As a highlight I have traveled to the USA this May and to Indonesia in September.
In this video I take a look back at my travel highlights of this year. Thank you already for watching and following my travels. I’m looking forward to the new year!

Indonesia
Indonesia is a country full of diversity. It has got more than 17.000 islands, different religions, different climates, different cultures and of course different landscapes. You’ll find there wonderful beaches, steep cliffs, high and active volcanos, deep valleys, big waterfalls, narrow canyons, beautiful coasts, poisonous lakes … The list is endless. But there is one thing that is probably the same everywhere: The country is incredibly beautiful and the indonesian people are really friendly.
In this video I look back on more than three weeks I spent in Indonesia in September 2018. I visited the islands of Bali and Java.
Innsbruck
The location of Innsbruck is outstanding. Mountains in the north (Nordkette/North Chain), mountains in the south (Bergisel, Patscherkofel). Just awesome for everybody who loves to be outside. But also the city itself is beautiful, historic buildings combined with modern architecture. I tried to catch all of this.
Lenggries
Lenggries in the south of Bavaria combines many elements. It is surrounded by mountains, the river Isar is near and there are good thermals. Perfect for hiking, kayaking and paragliding. All this is in my video about my time in Lenggries.
South Tyrol
South Tyrol is magic. Mountains, lakes, forests… just beautiful nature everywhere. In this video I take you to a journey to Eggental Valley near the city of Bozen and in the middle of the Dolomites. Rosengarten Group, Latemar, Karersee and much more.
USA
Land of the free. When you’re travelling in the United States you get this feeling of freedom. For hours nothing is around you – and then again you’re into one of the most beautiful areas you’ll probably ever see in this world. It is also this contrast that makes the USA so exciting. And if you’ve been once in this country the wish to travel there again is getting bigger every time.
In this video I look back on the two weeks I spent in the west of the USA at the end of May 2018. Among other things these places are in the video: Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Mono Lake, Fly Geyser, Grand Staircase, Vermillion Cliffs, Antelope Canyon.
Berlin
Last week I visited Berlin for one day. I really like the city and the people. And yeah … That’s all there is to say.
Austria
Skiing is one of my favourite hobbies. A few weeks ago i was out in the mountains. And of course i had my cameras with me.
Austria
When you’re out for skiing in Austria, the region of Schladming-Dachstein in Styria and Wagrain-Kleinarl in the Salzburger Land are two of the most beautiful places to go.
South Tyrol
In January 2018 i visited the beautiful Eggental valley in South Tyrol for a long weekend for skiing. As a highlight I did a helicopter flight there over the incredible mountains of the dolimites.
Corsica
This is my first video and I hope you enjoy it. I visited Corsica this summer and this is a best of of my shots i took there.
